Voices of Baltimore is a documentary series on the power of Black men, across generations, shaping their communities as residents, artists, educators, and neighbors through resilience, creativity, and service.

William Mitchell is a filmmaker, multimedia producer, and storyteller dedicated to creating media that informs, inspires, and strengthens communities. A graduate of Morgan State University with a BFA in Screenwriting and Animation, he combines technical production skills with a passion for authentic storytelling.
