About Will

William Mitchell is a filmmaker, multimedia producer, and storyteller dedicated to creating media that informs, inspires, and strengthens communities. A graduate of Morgan State University with a BFA in Screenwriting and Animation, he combines technical production skills with a passion for authentic storytelling.

When we tell our own stories, we change how the world sees us, and how we see ourselves.

Experience Highlights

Advanced Youth Producer

2016 – 2023

A multi-year, project-based media production program serving nonprofit, corporate, and public-sector clients, including The Family League, Kaiser Permanente, and CSX, with work spanning video editing, digital storytelling, and media campaigns.

Audio Technician / Production Assistant

2024 – 2026

Supported independent films and multimedia productions at Morgan State University through audio capture, equipment management, and set preparation.
